This policy explains how ZePay Bills handles information when you use bills.zepay.money. By creating an account you agree to this policy and the terms of service.

Information we store

• Account email, name, and sign-in OTP records needed to authenticate you.
• Business profile data such as GSTIN, PAN, address, logo, signature, and bank details you enter.
• Clients, products, and tax documents you create, including drafts you later remove.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the billing workspace, generate PDFs, send login OTPs, and provide admin support. We do not sell personal data. Access inside the product is limited to your account, except where a ZePay Bills administrator needs to investigate abuse or restore service.
